Graduated in Mechanical Production Engineering with an Executive MBA in Marketing and Sales Management, he began his career in the metallurgical industry, in the areas of after-sales, technical assistance, application engineering, and customer service.
As Headhunter has more than 15 years of experience and experience in large companies such as Michael Page, Five Ten Group (Laurence Simons), Robert Walters, and also in Executive Search boutiques, having built an ascending and successful career.
During these years held regional positions in Latin America and Europe, participated in operations start-up, and managed large teams in the most diverse specialties, in addition to having accumulated vast experience with around 10,000 interviews and 1000 executive placements.
In Portugal since the beginning of 2016, where he implemented the Portuguese operation of the British multinational Robert Walters, staying until the end of 2018 and leaving to assume the position of Global Director of Human Resources in a digital marketing multinational, not only with the responsibility to implement processes, but also develop the work of recruiting digital professionals anywhere in the world.
Since 2020 he has also developed his own company, Global Talent Headquarters, a 360-degree strategic consultancy focused on recruiting and selecting executives and paying close attention to the main resource of any company or process, the human being.
