Commenting on the public interest in the exhibition, museum director Tatyana Rybkina said, “Perhaps there’s a need to relive that sense of pride, shared creativity, and the feeling that we are a great multinational Russian people capable of anything.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The exhibition marks the first stage of a long-term project to showcase the museum’s extensive Soviet decorative art collection, much of which has rarely been displayed. It reveals how artists used color, form, and craftsmanship to embody the collective dream of progress and faith in building a new world. <\/p>\n
